Olivia Rodrigo was originally on Disney Channel
When she was 12, Olivia was cast on Disney Channel show Bizaardvark. She starred in the series, playing Paige Olvera, a teenager who runs a YouTube channel with her friend, where they posts videos and songs.
She was then in High School Musical: The Musical: The Series – another Disney channel show, about a school that’s making a production of the classic High School Musical film. In the show, Olivia plays Nini Salazar-Roberts, a high school singer and actress who auditions to play Gabriella in the school musical.
Olivia even wrote two of the songs that feature in the show – one of which has been streamed almost 200 million times on Spotify. The second series of the show has just been released on Disney+, and Olivia is said to be returning in series three of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, too.
She’s reportedly worth a chill $4m
Olivia Rodrigo reportedly has a net worth of a boujee $4m – you read that correctly. She’s made a name for herself as a Disney channel star, but is obviously also a successful singer, and is also a social media personality and influencer, with millions of followers across her Instagram, TikTok and Twitter.
