Dolly Alderton and Pandora Sykes announce The High Low is ending

Could 2020 get any worse?

Dolly Alderton and Pandora Sykes have announced The High Low podcast is coming to an end after four years.

The pair made the announcement on Instagram and Twitter today to let their followers know next week would be the last episode of The High Low.

Dolly Alderton tweeted: “BIG NEWS FROM @thehighlowshow HQ TODAY as discussed in today’s show – after 4 years, just over 150 episodes, just over 27 million downloads and 35 author specials – we are drawing the podcast to a close in next week’s episode.”

Pandora and Dolly will be celebrating the end of The High Low with a special live event on the 8th December.

They will be doing a Christmas special to raise money for Blood Cancer UK. The live stream will begin at 7pm and tickets to view the last ever show will cost £10.

Pandora revealed on her Instagram post they knew they were ending the podcast back in July last year. They began the podcast when they were both working at The Sunday Times and have grown it into one of the most iconic, most listened to podcasts, quite possibly ever.

They have just over 150 episodes and nearly 30 million downloads. But where am I going to get my book recommendations from now?
