Look around the library at the sharp end of exam season, and there’s not much joy to be found. Grim faces and beaten brows are all you can see – but somehow, some of these people are actually enjoying themselves. But just how many?

Cambridge students enjoy their degrees the most of anyone in the whole country, because obviously you’d enjoy wearing robes and speaking Latin to an old man three times a week.

York students, who in fairness are incredibly easily pleased people, are the second happiest with their degrees, according to new stats from NatWest.
