These are all the sun drenched filming locations used in Netflix’s White Lines
You can rent the houses on Airbnb
Right now, the show everyone seems to watching on Netflix is White Lines. Drugs and murder aside, the 10-part series is a sunny paradise and the filming locations used in White Lines are nothing short of stunning.
The series is mainly set across the Balearic Islands, Almería and Ibiza, but also sets some scenes in Manchester, UK. Here are the exact filming locations used in White Lines on Netflix.
Almería, Spain
Axel’s body is found in Almería in Spain, on the land belonging to the Calafat family which is in the Tabernas Desert.
The Almería area is visited and mentioned frequently during the series. In the first episode, Zoe is seen in the saloon area where she hitches a lift to Ibiza’s mainland. Filming locations guide Atlas of Wonders has found this as being filmed in the village of the Western Theme Park Fort Bravo (aka Texas Hollywood), which is also in Tabernas. Texas Hollywood/Fort Bravo is a Western-styled theme park in the province of Almería in Spain.
Ibiza
Zoe then arrives in mainland Ibiza, where the majority of the show is set and filmed. We see scenes at the beach, in the Old Town and in the countryside as well as filming in local clubs and bars.
Marcus’ house
Marcus’ Ibiza house in the show is amazing. It has a gorgeous front garden, pool and outdoor seating area with incredible ocean views. The villa in real life is in Majorca and you can rent it on Airbnb for around £1,000 a night.
The real house hosts 10 guests, with five bedrooms and eight beds and four bathrooms. It’s described as a “fantastic seafront luxury villa with pool, direct access to the pier and to the swimming area.” The villa has direct access to the Balearic sea.
Axel’s favourite place, Ibiza
In White Lines, Kika takes Zoe to visit a place on the island she says was Axel’s favourite place to go, and we see flashbacks of them going there together.
Atlas of Wonders has identified the old watchtower as the Torre d’en Rovira, in Sant Josep de sa Talaia. It’s listed as a place of interest in Ibiza and is a popular place for tourists to visit because of its beautiful views of the sunset over the water.
Bar Restaurant Illeta, the bar Marcus goes to
In the first episode, Marcus is seeing driving to the beach and walking over a bridge to a bar above the water.
The bar is real and is in Camp de Mar, Mallorca. It’s rated at three and a half stars on TripAdvisor and serves a mixture of seafood, Mediterranean and Spanish dishes.

The villa Axel’s party takes place at
We see in flashback scenes Axel having a massive birthday party before he went missing. According to The Majorca Daily Bulletin, this scene was filmed at the Villa Son Oliver, in Majorca. The villa has a minimum stay of seven nights, where it can be rented for just short of £5,000 according to Booking.com. The villa is also available on Airbnb.
The house is a villa with a terrace, set in La Aranjasa, 11.2 miles from Palma de Mallorca. It has mountain views, a huge pool and sleeps 10 people.
The Manchester courtroom
In the flashback scenes Axel, Marcus and David are seen going to court in Manchester over an illegal rave they held. The street scenes were shot in Bolton and then the actual courtroom used is the old Crown Court in St George’s Hall in Liverpool.
