Missguided has launched a ‘joggers and a nice top’ range and it’s genius

Missguided has just launched an entire range called “joggers and a nice top” – which is the perfect inspiration for how to style our new lives spent on video calls. Since everyone only ever sees us from the waist up these days, this collection is full of looks which are about to solve all our problems struggling to combine comfy and can’t really be bothered with still wanting to look good.

Pre-lockdown the site had its “jeans and a nice top” collection, but now we don’t leave our houses it’s comfies on the bottom and business-as-usual on the top. It’s the perfect recipe for lying to our friends and family or in lectures and meetings to make it appears as though we actually made an effort for Houseparty or Zoom calls.

On the page for the range it says: “We may not actually be able to leave the house, but we can 100 per cent make the most of Facetime, Houseparty and Google Hangouts. Just because you’re stuck inside doesn’t mean that you can’t make an effort (on the top half anyway). We’ve put together a handy styling guide to replace the go-to ‘jeans and a nice top’ look.”
