
The ‘my quarantine routine’ tweet got hijacked and now the memes are jokes
We are all losing our minds
It’s time to accept that we are all slowly going crazy and we’ve only been self-isolating because of coronavirus for around a week. Since the COVID-19 outbreak, Twitter has become a fairground for weird videos, TikToks, celebrities singing Imagine and tweets about us all slowly losing the plot. And now we’ve ruined the only wholesome thing to happen on Twitter this week, with ‘my quarantine routine’ memes.
It all started as a very well-intentioned tweet from someone genuinely sharing their great quarantine routine as an attempt to help people stay sane and well exercised during this tough time.

Their routine including getting up early, meditating, exercising the brain, staying productive and having some pamper time in the evenings. It was captioned: “My Quarantine Routine! This is just a general guide for myself based on my goals and what works for me! I’m allowing a lot flexibility with myself and not pressuring myself to complete everything. This is just to give me structure and a sense of control and stability.”
But of course, we can’t all be like that. The majority of us are completely losing it now we can’t go to the pub and a whole bunch of my quarantine routine memes started popping up all over the place. Here are some of the best.
