Love Island winner Amber Gill is reportedly dating footballer Fikayo Tomori.

According to the Sun, Amber and the Chelsea defender have been “on a string of dates”. One of Amber’s friends said: “They’ve been on two dates in as many weeks in London. He’s even met her really good friends, so that tells you how serious she’s taking it. They’ve been chatting for quite a while now but only recently met properly.

The friend added: “They are both really busy and she doesn’t go on many dates, so it’s a really good sign. The fact she has posted a public display of affection, by flirting on Instagram, is a good sign too. She’s not usually one to show her feelings so quickly.”

Amber has been seen commenting on his most recent Instagram posts. In Fikayo’s last upload she commented saying: “Drip drip”. ?

Amber won Love Island 2019 with Greg O’Shea. They broke up five months ago, just five weeks after the show. Amber was reportedly left “devastated” after Greg dumped her by text.

Greg denied it had been over text, saying: “Me and Amber have been chatting the last few days and the whole thing about breaking up over text isn’t true. But we need to be realistic about the situation, and the fact she’s in the UK.

“We’re both so busy and we need to take these opportunities and protecting our careers. She has every brand wanting to work with her, and I’m trying to make the team for the Olympics with the Ireland 7s. It was over a long time, it wasn’t just one text.”

But in an interview, Amber revealed her side of what had happened. She said: “So from my point of view I still wanted to make it work. There was a call a few days prior just chatting, not specifically to do with that. I think there was a bit of miscommunication but I think if you don’t want to be with someone you don’t want to be with someone.

“Basically all I wanted was a bit of effort from him to come to London or Newcastle to see me. I said I’m going to have to give up if you don’t put the effort in. “And he said ‘okay bye’. I was expecting it to be a bit different.”

Greg appeared to have moved on two months ago, when it was reported he was dating Law grad and athlete, Emma Canning.
