It has been confirmed that Fleabag won't be returning for a third series, meaning this Monday's episode will be the LAST.

Sian Clifford, who plays Fleabag's sister Claire, told BBC Breakfast this morning the show will stop running after the second series.

"There will not be a third series", she said, adding "I think people will accept this is the end when they see it, because I think it is complete. I think the story is complete."

Sian described the ending as a "beautiful, perfect ending".

The first two series of Fleabag follow Fleabag, a young woman trying to get to grips with her life, dysfunctional family, intimate relationships and loss of her best friend.

The show stars Phoebe Waller-Bridge as Fleabag, as well as Sian Clifford, Olivia Colman and Andrew Scott.

The final episode of series two and Fleabag EVER airs Monday 8th April, 10.35pm on BBC One.
