Milo Yiannopoulos has been permanently banned from Twitter

He’s been accused of leading a hate campaign against Ghostbusters actress Leslie Jones

Rightwing firebrand Milo Yiannopoulos has been permanently banned from Twitter following claims he bullied a black actress.

The controversial blogger, who describes himself as “the most fabulous supervillain on the internet” has previously been banned temporarily as well as having his verification stripped from his account earlier this year.

Milo received several complaints after writing a scathing review of the Ghostbusters reboot in which he called the cast “teenagers with tits”. Leslie Jones, one of the film’s stars, quit the platform on Wednesday after complaining of bullying from people she believed to be Milo’s followers.

Speaking to Breitbart.com Milo said: “Twitter is holding me responsible for the actions of fans and trolls using the special pretzel logic of the left. Where are the Twitter police when Justin Bieber’s fans cut themselves on his behalf?

“Like all acts of the totalitarian regressive left, this will blow up in their faces, netting me more adoring fans. We’re winning the culture war, and Twitter just shot themselves in the foot.

“This is the end for Twitter. Anyone who cares about free speech has been sent a clear message: you’re not welcome on Twitter.”

Milo’s social media suspension came just before he spoke at the “Gays for Trump” party at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland. He spoke at the event wearing a bulletproof vest announcing to the crowd before his speech that he got banned “for getting in a fight with a black Ghostbuster”.

He is currently in the middle of his 100+ date “Dangerous Faggot ” university speaking tour which has seen violent protests and demonstrations against his presence on campus.
