Still, that star has kept her fans updated via her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/nikkinicolelyn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Instagram<\/a> since her appearance on the show, and one time she posted a message of gratitude, thanking all the people who have stuck by her through the hard times, including her new husband Mark.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In the message, she mentioned that she now weighed 200lb meaning she lost a whopping 450lb since we saw her on our screens. She explained:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>I\u2019m thankful for those people that support and love me unconditionally \u2014 that have loved me at 650 pounds \u2026 at 200 pounds \u2026 and everything in between. Those people have been patient with me as I learn what life is and what it\u2019s all about.<\/p>\r\n<cite>Nikki Webster, Instagram<\/cite><\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Nikki opened up to People about the struggles she faced before her weight loss journey, like not being able to do the simplest of tasks. However, what hurt her the most was when she was stopped from seeing her sister&#8217;s children because her weight was &#8220;distressing them. Nikki <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/health\/nikki-webster-lost\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">explained<\/a> at the time:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>My weight is debilitating. My body is so painful, I hate it. But I say this to myself. Food is an addiction to me and my addiction is killing me.<\/p>\r\n<cite>Nikki Webster, People<\/cite><\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tlc\/wess-from-my-600-lb-life-looks-unrecognizable-after-weight-loss-journey\">Wess<\/a> is a My 600-lb Life star featured in an episode that aired on the same night Nikki&#8217;s repeat showed on TLC.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nikki lost the weight through diet and exercise<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Aside from the <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/celebrity-gossip-and-news\/how-many-my-600-lb-life-deaths\">My 600-lb Life<\/a> star&#8217;s incredibly supportive husband who helped guide Nikki through her journey, she said she lost the weight mainly by finding the correct diet and exercise regime that worked for her. The reality star highlighted that walking was one of her favorite ways to lose weight:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>I do a lot of walking, that\u2019s my favourite thing to do. I\u2019ll walk at least 2 to 3 miles a day or I try to. I\u2019ll also try to do weight training and that kind of thing. I go to the gym every now and then and do\u00a0those sorts of things.<\/p>\r\n<cite>Nikki Webster, People<\/cite><\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Nikki added that it was sometimes very difficult to stick to it but highlighted the importance of consistency, saying:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>Consistency is the most important part of all this and if you don\u2019t have it then it\u2019s really difficult to be successful. While I\u2019ve been able\u00a0to be consistent, it\u2019s still difficult. The star has set up a business called Freckle Flower Clay, a bespoke jewelry line selling handmade jewelry by her, all made from clay.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Her products are being sold on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.etsy.com\/shop\/freckleflowerclay\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Etsy<\/a> and she shared her excitement in a recent post on Instagram where she explained how she had been making jewelry since a young age, and how it was always something she wanted to do, in the post she said:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>My life, as well as many others, looks vastly different since March 2020. There has definitely been a learning curve to figure out what I want and need my day to look like. But, today is near perfect.
