Love Is Blind season 11\u2019s Aneha Singh has opened up about what was going through her mind when she told Cam \u201cI don\u2019t know\u201d at the altar, and it turns out the couple had already talked about saying no.<\/p>\n

In a new interview with Vulture<\/a>, Aneha said she was \u201cstruggling\u201d in that moment. \u201cI have really bad anxiety, too. I was like, I could say yes and it could be great, but it also could not be great,\u201d she explained. \u201cAre we really compatible? Is love really enough?\u201d<\/p>\n

She said she\u2019d discussed those questions with Cam and his parents beforehand, and came to the conclusion that love alone wasn\u2019t enough to go through with the wedding. \u201cI do think love is a lot of the pie, but it\u2019s not the entire pie,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Aneha and Cam had already agreed it was \u2018most likely\u2019 a no<\/h2>\n

Aneha revealed that she and Cam had talked about their answers before the wedding day, and they both felt it was probably going to be a no. \u201cWe said on both of our parts that most likely, it\u2019s a no, but we should still go to the altar if there\u2019s even the slightest chance that we say yes,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The couple decided to go through with the ceremony anyway after a conversation with Love Is Blind creator Chris Coelen, who told them that people sometimes go from a no to a yes on the day itself, and that it has worked out before. \u201cThat\u2019s what we were hopeful for,\u201d Aneha said.<\/p>\n

Crucially, the pair agreed that whatever happened, they would stay together. \u201cWe said regardless of what the answer was going to be, we\u2019re going to stay together, whether married or engaged,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

But she admitted the day itself was still hard. With her dress on and her family and friends there to celebrate, she said, \u201cthe day of it was tough.\u201d<\/p>\n

When it came to saying \u201cnot yet\u201d at the altar, Aneha said her emotions were mixed. \u201cThere was a feeling of disappointment mixed in with relief,\u201d she said. \u201cI have to trust my gut. It didn\u2019t feel right.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite that, she said she felt \u201ccontent\u201d with the decision, because she and Cam believe they found each other for a reason. Rather than rushing into marriage, the couple planned to try a more traditional relationship and see how it went.<\/p>\n

That also gives Cam the chance to properly get to know her family. Aneha explained that her parents live in California, so it wasn\u2019t easy for them to come and meet Cam during filming, and that they\u2019re \u201cshy and traditional in terms of how to marry.\u201d<\/p>\n
