The band performed at the Hollywood Bowl in LA, with the concert featuring dancers who appeared to be wearing DCC inspired outfits. Pro Silver Star stated in their court filing that the use of the outfits was not authorised.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">According to the legal filing, the company has \u201cno issue\u201d with the band\u2019s music, and isn\u2019t asking them to change their choreography or \u201ceven their decision to put gun-toting performers on stage.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">i was going way too crazy for those cheerleaders bro \ud83d\ude2d https:\/\/t.co\/hEnOMlLyW1<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 sopita (@scoupsinc) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/scoupsinc\/status\/2113158197414674437?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 22, 2026<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.x.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Instead, it wants the costumes changed. \u201cSilver Star asks only that those performers not wear the DCC Uniform while doing it,\u201d the filing reads. \u201cThe universe of alternative costume designs is effectively unlimited.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Pro Silver Star has also asked for a preliminary injunction to stop the costumes being used, according to the motion filed in the District Court of Dallas County.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The filing claims that on the band\u2019s opening night at the Hollywood Bowl on 21st October, a line of female dancers dressed as DCC cheerleaders performed a choreographed routine to the hit song \u201cTeenagers.\u201d It alleges the \u201ccounterfeit uniforms\u201d copied the \u201csignature elements\u201d of the DCC outfit, including the white boots and the white vest covered in blue stars.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Videos shared by concertgoers show the dancers performing in sync to the 2006 single while holding blue-and-white pom-poms.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">According to the filing, the performers were then handed rifles and took part in a staged shootout, before being \u201cdepicted being shot and crawling off the stage.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cThe brand DCC built on dedication, character, and community, and on decades of entertaining American troops, was thus put on a stage in a gunfight, its uniform worn by performers shown shooting and being shot,\u201d the filing said.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><i>For all the latest reality TV cast member news, scandals, gossip and updates \u2013 like&nbsp;<\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/\"><span class=\"s1\"><b><i>Reality Shrine<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/a><i>&nbsp;on&nbsp;<\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/realityshrineofficial?rdid=TzQu2kEd2cUqU4rD&amp;share_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fshare%2F14zX5cKubf%2F#\"><span class=\"s1\"><b><i>Facebook<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/a><i>.<\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The lawsuit claims dancers wore &#8216;counterfeit uniforms&#8217;
