It&#8217;s been an amazing journey.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The <em>Selling Sunset<\/em> newbie described Jackie as an &#8220;angel&#8221;, before the other realtors said they would also become her sisters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-twitter wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/twitter.com\/peaceloveGen\/status\/1463525031871459346\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happened to her sibling?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanessa&#8217;s older sister died in 2018, after having a side effect to medication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After her passing, Vanessa decided to start a career in real estate in honour of her sister, which she has been doing for a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before getting into the industry, she had been working on a TV show with a network, but gave up acting three years ago due to the family bereavement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanessa revealed on <em>Selling Sunset<\/em>, at the end of episode 1 season 4, that her sister encouraged her to also become a realtor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She added that she never got to say goodbye, and that the first three months from her death were a &#8220;nightmare&#8221; for her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unable to eat or sleep at the time, Vanessa said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>I was like &#8216;she doesn&#8217;t want to see me like this, I have to do something&#8217;.
