During her&nbsp;arraignment last month, the judge alleged that she \u201cdid knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim\u2019s forehead, during a domestic dispute in violation of \u2026 a disorderly person\u2019s offense.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Milania was then hit by a massive personal tragedy, as her <a href=\"https:\/\/thetab.com\/realityshrine\/2026\/07\/27\/inside-milania-giudice-and-late-victoria-zardoyas-friendship-after-her-tragic-death\/\">best friend Victoria Zardoya<\/a> died in a freak accident at the end of July.
