Sydney Segal has spoken out about her initial time on The Challenge, admitting she never thought she’d return after she felt “so screwed up” from it.<\/p>\n

In an interview with People<\/a>, she shared: “\u201cI wasn\u2019t gonna do The Challenge again. For me, it was gonna be like a one-time thing, you know, like, take something off the life r\u00e9sum\u00e9.<\/p>\n

“All the rules go out the window on The Challenge though. Like, whatever you think you\u2019d do in your regular life, it doesn\u2019t apply, because there\u2019s nothing regular about the situation. Obviously, I had to do therapy after the show, because I was so screwed up from it.\u201d<\/p>\n
