How many didn&#8217;t get married?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Don&#8217;t Tell the Bride is arguably one of the most entertaining programs on <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tag\/channel-4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Channel 4<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Lucky for fans of the show, old episodes are available on the Channel 4 hub and the first season is also on Netflix\u00a0 &#8211; so get set for tears, tantrums and divorce threats!<\/p>\n<p>For example, the 2019 series kicked off its first episode with a Game Of Thrones wedding shocker featuring red capes, suits of armour and giant dragons. And the rest of the series is set to be on par with the GOT bizarreness.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a recap of some of the most memorable moments on the show, including the worst episode of the series.<\/p>\n\n<h3>What&#8217;s the worst episode of Don\u2019t Tell the Bride?<\/h3>\n<p>Back in 2010, we got to see\u00a0Kaleigh and Simon marry after six years of dating.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.channel4.com\/programmes\/dont-tell-the-bride\/on-demand\/66566-006\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">season 4 episode 6<\/span><\/a>, Simon decided to hold their wedding 5,000 miles away in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n<p>Kaleigh &#8211; similar to most brides &#8211; wanted to have a traditional wedding in a stately home. She specifically stated she did not want anything tacky.<\/p>\n<p>Lo and behold, Simon went ahead and booked the wedding, with a budget that didn&#8217;t permit the bride&#8217;s siblings to join.<\/p>\n<p>Kaleigh was not impressed, called the wedding off more than once and said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>You&#8217;ve ripped the whole family apart.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Many viewers of the episode took to Twitter to highlight how badly things went down. It was only done for the show.<\/p>\n\n<p>Sofia was horrified at the Oktoberfest-themed wedding her husband had arranged and\u00a0could barely look Craig in the eye.<\/p>\n<p>Craig and Sofia decided not to marry legally and went off to work on their relationship&#8230;<\/p>\n\n<h3>Don\u2019t Tell the Bride 2019<\/h3>\n<p>Social media has it that Simon and Kaleigh&#8217;s Vegas disaster wedding can&#8217;t be topped.<\/p>\n<p>But we&#8217;re sure Channel 4&#8217;s got some goodies up its sleeve for the <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tag\/dont-tell-the-bride\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">2019 series<\/span><\/a>.
