Here&#8217;s everything you need to know about Banged Up: Teens Behind Bars.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/channel-4\/it-looks-like-jamie-laing-and-el-are-over-everything-we-know-about-their-secret-break-up-25-04-2019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">It looks like Jamie Laing and El are over!<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/itv\/martin-clunes-my-travels-and-other-animals-how-many-episodes-when-is-it-on-tv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Martin Clunes: My Travels and Other Animals &#8211; When is it on?<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/channel-4\/how-many-episodes-are-left-in-celebrity-sas-how-long-were-they-filming-in-chile\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">How many episodes of Celebrity SAS are left?<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who are the teens taking part?<\/h3>\n<p>The teenagers taking part in the Behaviour Attitude Modification programme range in age and crimes already committed.<\/p>\n<p>So far, confirmed teens include 15-year-olds Kallum, Red and Whitney; also 17-year-olds Jordan, Layla and Tunde.<\/p>\n<p>Hugh Connell, a 16-year-old from Market Harborough in Leicestershire who was arrested for carrying a machete, will also feature on the show.<\/p>\n<h3>Korede Akintunde<\/h3>\n<p>Korede will also take part in the reform programme.<\/p>\n<p>The 17-year-old from East London spoke to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/news\/8959293\/drug-dealer-channel-4-banged-up-teens-behind-bars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Sun<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>about his experience to show how much it has inspired him to change his ways.<\/p>\n<p>After a life of petty crimes and drug deals that began at the age of fourteen, Korede was on a dangerous path as he quickly began to start selling more serious drugs including heroin and crack cocaine.<\/p>\n<p>But speaking to the newspaper about his experience on the show, he said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I\u2019d never go back to my old ways. Hard work pays off and I know that now. I don\u2019t need to steal a bike because I can buy one.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Looks like the programme worked then!<\/p>\n<h3>Where is the prison?<\/h3>\n<p>The teens are sent to Brevard County Jail, set in the rural swamplands of Florida which is one of the toughest maximum security prisons in the US.<\/p>\n<p>At the prison, there are over 1,600 inmates &#8211; male and female &#8211; in for a variety of crimes, from drug-dealing and prostitution to murder.<\/p>\n<p>Check out the trailer to peer inside the life at Brevard County Jail.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"TRAILER | Banged Up: Teens Behind Bars | Catch Up on All 4\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/yCzxdgD0QO8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>Who are the guards? Are they real?<\/h3>\n<p>Everything about the show and the programme is entirely real.<\/p>\n<p>The staff at Brevard County Jail who will be participating in the show include corporals Pam Hobbs and Nicole Contos, Lieutenant Robbie Stokes and Sergent Michael Ingram.<\/p>\n<p>But the overseer of the programme will be Sheriff Wayne Ivey.
