Just when things were starting to settle down, Farmer Wants a Wife<\/a> dropped a twist that flipped everything on its head.<\/p>\n

Episode two kicked off fairly normally: Sean<\/a> and Brett<\/a> both chose to keep all five women on their farms, while Braden<\/a>\u00a0made the first tough call of the season and sent Lauren home after realising their connection wasn\u2019t quite there.<\/p>\n

Then came the group date. Instead of just watching horses and pretending to understand betting odds, the farmers were hit with a surprise they didn’t sign up for: Three brand new women, handpicked by their friends and family, entering the mix.<\/p>\n

In an interview with Swooon<\/a>, Sean summed up the moment: \u201cThat was a crazy experience overall. I was expecting just to go in there and bet on some horses and have fun\u2026 and then\u2026 \u2018Hey, there\u2019s another girl here to see you.\u2019 And that was a huge surprise to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brett was much less thrilled. He admitted: \u201cI was not expecting it, and honestly, I was kind of bummed\u2026 I\u2019m having a hard enough time ciphering through the emotions and the feelings that I have with the girls that I do have\u2026 So, to bring one more into the mix, it was a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite the initial panic, the new arrivals didn\u2019t exactly flop. Brett ended up vibing with Sophia pretty quickly, saying: \u201cShe\u2019s incredibly sweet. We had a really good conversation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Braden had a similar reaction to Schyler, keeping it simple with: \u201cI think she\u2019s great\u2026 It was unexpected, for sure.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sean, meanwhile, found himself in a slightly messier situation. He liked Rhianna, but immediately had to deal with the fallout from the women already on his farm. Specifically Macey, who wasted zero time pulling him aside to ask the question everyone was thinking: Would he actually bring this new girl back?<\/p>\n

\u201cThe only thing of my concern is\u2026 Macey pulled me aside and she said, \u2018Are you gonna bring this girl home?\u2019 And in that moment, I was like, \u2018No. I respect you guys too much\u2026\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

And yet\u2026 he didn\u2019t send Rhianna home.<\/p>\n

With new connections forming and existing ones already under pressure, this twist has basically guaranteed next week will be awkward at best and explosive at worst.<\/p>\n
