Since the dramatic chaos of the first season of Temptation Island<\/a>, there’s been talk about whether the Netflix dating show<\/a> is scripted. Cast member Kai Stone from season two has now exclusively revealed to Reality Shrine the truth about whether it’s manufactured for drama.<\/p>\n

He said: “It\u2019s not scripted like people think\u2014no one\u2019s telling you what to say\u2014but it\u2019s definitely engineered. The producers know what they\u2019re doing. You\u2019re put in situations that are going to bring stuff out of you\u2014good, bad, whatever\u2019s already there.”<\/p>\n

“And when you\u2019re in that environment, emotions are heightened, so things can escalate fast. But what you say and how you react\u2014that\u2019s on you,” Kai added, revealing that filming is “intense” as you’re “basically on all the time and there’s no real off switch.”<\/p>\n
