Dr Sara Kayat is a television doctor, most recognised for her regular appearances on ITV’s This Morning offering advice on their “Second Opinion” feature.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the years Dr Kayat has made other appearances on television, such as when she went into the wild for four weeks for Bear Grylls’ Celebrity Island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2020 Dr Sara Kayat had her first child with partner Rupert, and shared the news on This Morning during an interview with Phil and Holly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
