December 10, the new boyband from the mind of Simon Cowell<\/a>, is already facing potential legal issues over their name, and it could get messy.<\/p>\n

The name was chosen as it was the date the Netflix documentary for the making of the boyband released, however as it turns out there’s another group called December Tenth.<\/p>\n
