During the second season of Owning Manhattan, Ryan Serhant ruffled a lot of feathers when he gave the 200 Amsterdam project to Peter Zaitzeff<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This caused a lot of controversy amongst the other agents, especially from Jordan March<\/a>, who felt like he’d been hugely overlooked for the opportunity by Ryan.<\/p>\n

And just 24 hours after being given 200 Amsterdam on Owning Manhattan, Peter had already managed to sell one of the $40 million penthouses, proving he was the right agent for the job.<\/p>\n

But, with there being 112 residences for sale in 200 Amsterdam, did Peter manage to sell them all following the end of Owning Manhattan? Let’s find out!<\/p>\n

According to the SERHANT website<\/a>, there are only three apartments left for sale in 200 Amsterdam, so Peter has managed to sell 109 so far, an amazing feat.<\/p>\n

The other penthouse in the building is still available to buy, and is currently listed at $35 million, and features four bedrooms and full bathrooms in a 6,000 square-foot space, and a huge terrace with stunning views of Central Park.<\/p>\n

There’s also another four bedroom apartment for sale at $21 million, alongside a three bedroom unit that’s available to buy for $18.5 million.<\/p>\n

Knowing Peter’s track record, I’m sure he’ll be able to sell them in no time at all.<\/p>\n
