The Central Park tower penthouse was heavily featured on Owning Manhattan<\/a>, and it cost a whopping $250 million – but did it ever actually get sold by Ryan Serhant<\/a>? The glamorous property is inside the tallest residential building in the entire world.<\/p>\n

Sadly, it was not sold. In fact, you can’t buy it even if you wanted to, because it was taken off the market in mid-2024. The price was even reduced and yet it still didn’t get a buyer, but on an awkward note, Ryan’s competitor, Fredrik Eklund, sold a home in the same building.<\/p>\n

Eklund, who appeared on Million Dollar Listing New York<\/a> alongside Serhant, sold a different, smaller penthouse in the building for $115 million, marking the city’s first sale over $100 million since 2022! Yet the tallest Central Park tower penthouse remains unsold.<\/p>\n
