At the end of Owning Manhattan<\/a>, Ryan Serhant is offered a $45 million deal from some finance executives who are interested in investing into the brokerage in exchange for an ownership percentage.<\/p>\n

And whilst we didn’t get an answer during the dramatic season finale, luckily for us we already know the answer to whether he accepted the deal or not.<\/p>\n

Did Ryan Serhant accept the $45 million deal on Owning Manhattan?<\/h2>\n

The answer is actually public as the season finished filming in May, and yes Ryan did accept the deal from Camber Creek<\/a>, who fundraised $45 million to invest into SERHANT.<\/p>\n

Ryan has since revealed that he plans to use the money to develop an app called S.MPLE which Ryan described to\u00a0Forbes<\/a> as \u201cInstacart for salespeople.\u201d<\/p>\n

He said in a statement: “I’m proud to work with two leading venture capital firms, Camber Creek and Left Lane, to build upon the great work our teams have done over the past four years and enable us to further advance and fuel a new future for the real estate industry.”<\/p>\n

Whilst the specific details of his deal with Camber Creek isn’t public, Ryan is still the CEO of Serhant and holds the majority of the shares, and it’s not known how much ownership he gave the venture capital firm.<\/p>\n
