Dr Amen pointed out &#8220;holes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1952\">This was his term for areas where Kim\u2019s brain showed lower activity, especially in the frontal lobes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1952\">That\u2019s the part of the brain tied to planning, memory, focus, handling stress\u2026 basically everything Kim is juggling 24\/7.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1952\">He suggested that years of extreme stress (likely law school, her divorce, nonstop work, motherhood, world domination, etc) may have contributed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1952\"><a href=\"https:\/\/thetab.com\/realityshrine\/2025\/09\/23\/kim-kardashian-reveals-one-heartbreaking-thing-shed-change-about-her-life-in-resurfaced-clip\/\">Kim&#8217;s face<\/a> went from confused to concerned to &#8220;tell me how to fix it&#8221; in about 0.3 seconds. Dr Amen used SPECT imaging, which looks at blood flow in the brain.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2525\">It can show patterns worth paying attention to, but it\u2019s not a diagnostic crystal ball.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2525\">Experts repeatedly stress that these scans can be useful, but they don\u2019t automatically mean someone has a disorder, a disease, or &#8220;bad brain function.&#8221; They\u2019re one piece of a much bigger puzzle, not a scientific mic drop.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2571\" data-end=\"3025\">Once the initial shock wore off, the Kardashians star slipped right back into practical-queen mode.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2571\" data-end=\"3025\">She immediately asked what she could do to improve her brain health, and if we know Kimmy,
