It kind of made everything messier.<\/p>\n<p>Instead of smoothing things over, his explanations about what went down with <a href=\"https:\/\/thetab.com\/realityshrine\/2025\/11\/25\/heres-how-jessi-marciano-and-demi-are-all-involved-in-the-messy-mormon-wives-drama\/\">Jessi<\/a>, how he sees their marriage now, and what the show did to them just sparked more questions.<\/p>\n<p>He insisted he wants to step up, take responsibility, and protect his family. But parts of the interview had listeners raising their eyebrows. And now? Everyone\u2019s dissecting his every word &#8211; including Nick Viall.<\/p>\n<h2>Mormon Wives&#8217; Jordan went on Viall Files<\/h2>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Going Deeper with Jessi And Jordan | The Viall Files w\/ Nick Viall\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZxIDqHwjiyU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Oop, as if Jordan went onto Viall Files to pretty much clear his name and take accountability to be absolutely roasted in front of the whole world.<\/p>\n<p>The Mormon Wives star&#8217;s marriage was laid bare for everyone to see in season three. That wasn&#8217;t enough for <a href=\"https:\/\/thetab.com\/realityshrine\/2025\/11\/25\/wait-since-when-was-mormon-wives-jessi-married-to-a-man-named-zach-gish-before-jordan\/\">Jessi Draper<\/a> and Jordan by the looks of things, though, as they sat down to hash out where they stand now with Nick Viall.<\/p>\n<p>During the November 26 episode called &#8216;Going Deeper with Jessi And Jordan&#8217;, Nick really does just that.<\/p>\n<p>We got to see the two dig deep into the goings-on between Jessi and Jordan, on and off camera.<\/p>\n<p>Nick said that Jessi &#8220;used some pretty direct language in describing Jordan&#8217;s treatment&#8221; of her.<\/p>\n<p>He asked: &#8220;Watching season three back, how eye-opening was it to you in terms of how you&#8217;ve treated Jessi throughout your relationship?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jordan responded: &#8220;Looking back, and watching that back, it was really eye-opening to see that. Obviously, when we are filming, we record hundreds of hours and very, very little makes the cut&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He added how a lot of &#8220;pretty bad scenes&#8221; didn&#8217;t make the cut relating to his behaviour.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Through the entirety of filming season two, we were going through all of this, and we were both doing everything we could to keep a lid on it, and I felt like I was dying inside.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I couldn&#8217;t talk to anyone about this because of the risk of it getting out was something I was completely petrified of&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jordan said he was &#8220;selfishly thinking&#8221; at the time, and added: &#8220;I think that I was so embarrassed and felt a lot of shame if people knew what my wife had done&#8230; and I wasn&#8217;t even worried about what I had done to put her in a place where she felt like that was a need.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>Things kinda seem worse now?!<\/h2>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF; He said: &#8220;Honestly, hearing Jessi speak her truth and share her story and watching this season back, it&#8217;s definitely jarring for the audience to see&#8230; it seems surprising that you wouldn&#8217;t have noticed&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jordan replied: &#8220;The day that we separated. The whole time I was so hurt and so traumatised by what happened that I couldn&#8217;t even see my wife&#8230; I couldn&#8217;t see her pain&#8230; because I was so upset and distraught about what she had done, so it only magnified the issues that we had&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Nick then asks, again, whether Jordan twigged when it came to the &#8220;pain he caused Jessi in the years leading up to this moment,&#8221; referring to the time she emotionally cheated with Vanderpump Villa star, <a href=\"https:\/\/thetab.com\/realityshrine\/2025\/11\/24\/marciano-just-fired-back-at-demis-assault-claims-after-mormon-wives\/\">Marciano Brunette<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>He recalled Jessi saying that Jordan &#8220;put her down,&#8221; &#8220;called her names,&#8221; and &#8220;spoke to her in an aggressive tone.&#8221; Nick asked: &#8220;Did you have a realisation of all of those moments of speaking to Jessi this way that she refers to as emotional abuse?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jordan said: &#8220;Yeah, I think those moments, I felt&#8230; just so I&#8217;m very specific, what point are you talking about? Are you talking about prior to the affair, after I found out about the affair?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Nick claps back: &#8220;Prior to the affair&#8230; at least for me, the hardest part of Jessi&#8217;s story&#8230; Jessi, you can tell, she&#8217;s a woman who wants to take accountability. She is obviously embarrassed of her actions, she&#8217;s apologised, obviously, to you, she feels the shame, and no doubt, I&#8217;m sure, is worried about what people are going to say when this gets out. But, I felt this empathy for her because, there&#8217;s certainly no excuse for what she did, but there are often reasons&#8230; it doesn&#8217;t justify it&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He then asks how Jordan feels about &#8220;how he failed Jessi as a husband.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jordan tells Nick he and Jessi have been &#8220;doing lots of therapy for the last, almost a year&#8230; at that time it felt like my needs weren&#8217;t being met and that the way I would show&#8230; I would get pi***d off, and I would control&#8230; that was me like &#8216;hey, I wanna be treated like a partner, and you&#8217;re appeasing everyone but me, people pleasing all these other people&#8230; that was my excuse back then, it was a cry for help and attention&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Through therapy, he said he&#8217;s learned a lot. And this is tough to hear, and not to pass the blame onto anyone else, but where do you feel like that came from?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jordan said: &#8220;That&#8217;s a great question. I had my first daughter when I was 18 years old, and in Utah, sex is taboo, like something you don&#8217;t talk about&#8230; I lost my virginity and had my daughter at 18 years old and had a shotgun wedding.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Very soon, we realised she wanted to do the whole Mormon route&#8230; I just didn&#8217;t believe in it&#8230; But I wanted to, but I just couldn&#8217;t, and we decided not to be together any more. I felt so upset that I let my daughter down,&#8221; Jordan continued.<\/p>\n<p>He explained: &#8220;I think it created a bit of a feminine wound, honestly. I think it created a wound in the place that was like she wasn&#8217;t ok with me not having the same religious beliefs as her&#8230; she chose church over me. Since then, I&#8217;ve had a lot of trust issues with women. And, I think that&#8217;s what made what happened with the affair so much worse, because of those feminine wounds.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i>For all the latest reality TV cast member news,
