Sadly, we won’t be getting a reunion for this season of Selling The OC, and we all know the reunions are great for spilling the tea.<\/p>\n

But worry not, as we’ve put together a list of all the lingering questions you might have after the newest season of the show, and tried our best to answer them, so who really needs reunions anyway?!<\/p>\n

Has Alex managed to sell Cypress yet?<\/h2>\n

The debate on which agent was going to be list the Cypress property on\u00a0Selling The OC<\/a>\u00a0was one of the hot topics this season, but has Alex Hall sold the property yet?<\/p>\n

Well, it turns out she hasn\u2019t actually sold it yet, but that\u2019s entirely because Jason has decided he\u2019s putting the $15 million listing on pause for a while, as the time isn\u2019t right.<\/p>\n

Talking to\u00a0realtor.com<\/a>, Alex revealed: \u201cIt\u2019s still not been taken to market yet actively. There\u2019s still tenants currently living in the home and Jason and I both agree that it\u2019s not a property we want to try to take on selling while there is somebody living in the home.\u201d<\/p>\n

Whilst Jason insists he\u2019s \u201ceasy\u201d about which client goes for the property when they do decide to list, Alex admits she \u201cfinds that very hard to believe!\u201d<\/p>\n

She added: \u201cWe\u2019ll see how he is as a client as soon as I have answers for that. It might be more of a group effort.<\/p>\n

\u201cI might need to pull in some help from some other agents at the office if Jason starts giving me flak.\u201d<\/p>\n

Does Gio still feel bitter about not getting the listing?<\/h2>\n

Whilst Jason felt Alex Hall was the best agent to get Cypress sold, some of the other agents at Selling The OC weren\u2019t so sure, including Gio.<\/p>\n

He admitted he\u2019s still feeling a bit bitter about the property, telling\u00a0Tudum<\/a>: \u201cI think I deserved it as much as Alex Hall, if not more.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd it\u2019s not so much the one listing. I felt like, for me, it was what that Cypress listing represented, as far as respect in Jason\u2019s eyes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Are Polly and Luke still together?<\/h2>\n

Polly Brindle and Luke Gulbranson<\/a> have officially called it quits following their fling on Selling The OC, and she\u2019s moved on with Meyer Swanepoel.<\/p>\n

Polly and Meyer hard launched their relationship just three weeks ago, with someone commenting, \u201clove this new man for you\u201d with Polly responding: \u201cSame!! He was worth the wait!\u201d<\/p>\n

Meyer Swanepoel was born and grew up in Cape Town, and was previously a professional rugby player before moving into the real estate market himself.<\/p>\n

In 2018 he opened his own boutique brokerage in Cape Town, before moving to San Diego in 2021 following splitting up with his wife, Kiersten.<\/p>\n

Meyer Swanepoel is currently working at\u00a0Compass<\/a>, a real estate company and it seems things between him and Polly are going well as she\u2019s actually moving to live with her new boyfriend after Selling The OC.<\/p>\n

She revealed on her story over the weekend that she\u2019s moving out of her apartment in order to move in \u201cwith her boyfriend\u201d and giving that she\u2019s heading to San Diego it makes sense she\u2019s moving in with Meyer.<\/p>\n

Polly also appeared on the\u00a0Sunshine Secrets Of The OC podcast<\/a>\u00a0with Lisa Huscher, a clairvoyant and intuitive reader at the start of the week, and seemed to discuss her new relationship.<\/p>\n

Lisa told Polly: \u201cYou are definitely connecting to everything around you in a very sold way because you\u2019re solid in your relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n

Polly replied: \u201cI\u2019ve not felt that for a long time, I was single for four years, by choice, I was dating and I had special friends here and there.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just knew these different people, yes it could have been something but the timing and for me I just didn\u2019t know what it was, but I knew those people weren\u2019t it.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued: \u201cAnd then when I met this person pretty quickly I was just like, \u2018Oh this is what it is.\u2019 I did think I\u2019d never experience that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Is Tyler in a new relationship after the show?<\/h2>\n

Tyler Stanaland is now a fianc\u00e9, and presumably will be married next year!<\/p>\n

Following the end of Selling The OC, Tyler Stanaland told\u00a0Tudum<\/a>\u00a0that he was \u201cvery happily\u201d in a new relationship with his girlfriend.<\/p>\n

He continued: \u201cIt\u2019s amazing when you find somebody with similar values, how much easier it is. I don\u2019t feel like I\u2019m having to make myself smaller in any way to make this relationship work.\u201d<\/p>\n

And now we know who the new woman in his life is, Hannah Morrisey, with Tyler proposing to her after just five months of dating.<\/p>\n

Tyler and Hannah started dating earlier this year in May, with an insider telling\u00a0Us Weekly<\/a>: \u201cTyler is very happily dating Hannah. While it\u2019s relatively new, they\u2019re having a lot of fun. They\u2019ve been traveling a bit together, and Tyler\u2019s really happy.\u201d<\/p>\n
