Gio Helou<\/a> from Selling The OC<\/a> posted a controversial statement about how he’ll raise his newborn son. He claimed that there is a lot of “propaganda they won’t be raising their son to fall for,” including being able to choose your gender and that “all religions are equal.”<\/p>\n

The post, which was shared back in June, hasn’t been forgotten by Selling The OC viewers. It received a fair amount of backlash, which led to his wife responding to comments, as well as Gio responding to criticism about how religions are not equal, in his opinion.<\/p>\n

He wrote in response to someone asking for an explanation, “As Christians our faith is based on the love of Christ and His selfless sacrifice for our salvation. As Christ followers we believe He is the only way to salvation beyond this life on earth \u271d\ufe0f\ud83d\ude4f.”<\/p>\n
