Selling Sunset<\/a> sees real estate agents sell the craziest, multi-million dollar properties, but there is one cast member who quite literally hasn’t sold a single home. Of course, some of them have joined later and haven’t had as much experience, but she’s been there since season two.<\/p>\n

It turns out Amanza Smith<\/a> hasn’t sold a single property since working for The Oppenheim Group<\/a>. She’s one of the less dramatic cast members, and therefore she doesn’t tend to run most of the storylines, unlike Chrishell Stause<\/a> and Emma Hernan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Amanza joined the cast as an in-house interior designer and a new real estate agent during season two. As her main job is to design the homes, making money through commission isn’t really her bag, while Amanza only received her real estate license in March 2020.<\/p>\n
