If you\u2019ve been keeping up with The Oppenheim Group\u2019s most dramatic listings, you know season nine of Selling Sunset<\/a> brought big deals, bigger energy, and several cast members dropping major hints they\u2019re done with the glam-real-estate-meets-choreographed-drama life.<\/p>\n

Some are stepping away by choice, some by circumstance, and some seemingly both. Let’s take a look at the agents who\u2019ve spoken out about returning (or definitely not returning) and what they actually said…<\/p>\n

Chrishell Stause<\/h2>\n

Chrishell<\/a> pulled no punches. In an interview with Variety<\/a>, she said the season nine reunion was “so brutal” that she realised she\u2019d be done with the show going forward:<\/p>\n

“In that moment, I realised I will be done here going forward…. I don\u2019t know when they will start filming… I hope they never tell me…”<\/p>\n

She referenced the emotional toll, unresolved drama with co-stars (notably Nicole Young) and feeling that the environment no longer aligns with her, per The Tab<\/a>.<\/p>\n

So while there\u2019s no official press release saying ‘Chrishell\u2019s out’, her words leave little doubt she\u2019s ready to say goodbye to the curve-ball world of Sunset listings.<\/p>\n

Nicole\u2019s position is\u2026 complicated. She hasn\u2019t flat-out declared “I\u2019m done,” the same way Chrishell has, but in an interview with Tudum<\/a>, she stated: “My new priority will be Nashville, but it definitely won\u2019t be goodbye to LA real estate…”<\/p>\n

She also told Marie Claire<\/a>: “I kind of think the show has run its course\u2026 I think at certain times, it\u2019s gotten a bit dark\u2026 When the show seems like it\u2019s just all dark, that\u2019s kind of when I think we need to wrap it up, you know? And I think we\u2019re at that point.”<\/p>\n

All of that, plus the fact that she was asked to leave the office in season nine after major friction<\/a>, and the outlook is that her return is questionable. But the words “…it definitely won\u2019t be goodbye to LA real estate…” say a lot. We reckon she’ll be back.<\/p>\n

Heather Rae El Moussa<\/h2>\n

Though she left earlier than season nine, Heather<\/a> makes the list because she has openly described her exit from the show as a blessing. Plus, she pops back in season nine for a moment. Speaking about not returning after maternity leave, she told The Skinny Confidential Him & Her<\/a>\u00a0podcast:<\/p>\n

“It was a blessing that I wasn\u2019t asked to come back because I\u2019m so much happier filming my show with Tarek.”<\/p>\n

She also called the environment “very toxic” and said she often came home crying from the stress of filming.<\/p>\n

Chelsea Lazkani<\/h2>\n

Chelsea<\/a> hasn\u2019t officially announced she\u2019s leaving Selling Sunset, but in the past, she’s stated reasons she wouldn’t return in the past.<\/p>\n

And, major on-screen feuds strongly suggest her future could very much be in question.<\/p>\n

Previously she declared on X: “Made it clear and putting it in writing, if racist Amanda Lynn is on the show as a cast member. I\u2019m out,” per Capital FM<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She then appeared in season nine, but now people are unsure if she’ll be back for season 10.<\/p>\n

Adding fuel to the speculation, she and Chrishell Stause were not invited to the season nine launch party.<\/p>\n

Host Bre Tiesi, “wanted to highlight a great season” and excluded Chelsea (and Chrishell) due to “some drama brewing between them and Bre, Emma Hernan and Mary Bonnet,” per The Tab<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Then there\u2019s the conflict with Mary Fitzgerald<\/a>. Because Mary has been a long-standing fixture of the show, some people think production may favour her side of the dispute. That has led to speculation that Chelsea might not come back, especially if the cast and producers decide they don\u2019t want her energy on set.<\/p>\n

In short, while she hasn\u2019t declared she\u2019s leaving, some signs point toward her not returning for season 10 unless things change dramatically.<\/p>\n
