When Bella Hadid took to Instagram to share a health update with her followers this year, people were terrified to see her laying in what looked like a hospital bed. She apologised in the post’s caption for being a little ‘hot and cold’ with her Instagram activity. And behind the scenes, it turns out she’s been battling Lyme disease<\/a> for decades.<\/p>\n

Bella turned 29 on October 9 and just days later, she shared another heartbreaking post<\/a>. Sharing some deep feelings with her audience, the model revealed how she’s coping after that terrifying hospitalisation.<\/p>\n

On September 17, Bella shared a snapshot of her tough reality with the world.<\/p>\n

She let the cameras in on her health battle and it prompted an outpouring of support and love from a lot of people. Her mom, Yolanda Foster<\/a>, also took to Instagram to share how she felt her daughter was (and is) a “warrior.”<\/p>\n

Bella, her mom, and her brother, Anwar Hadid, all battle Lyme disease to this day. Bella’s snaps showed her laying in a hospital bed, and being hooked up to IV drips.<\/p>\n
