It’s official, despite my doubts, Lucinda has officially won Love Island Games<\/a> season two with her partner Isaiah.<\/p>\n

Isaiah came second during his season of Love Island USA, and he admitted to host Ariana Madix after their win that he “never expected” to win.<\/p>\n

The pair very selflessly decided to split the $250k prize, leaving them with $150k each. However, it seems the Love Island UK cast had quite the sweep in Games as Tyrique Hyde and Justine Ndiba came in second place, while Toby Aromolaran and Sydney Paight were third.<\/p>\n

When Lucinda was asked by Ariana whether she thought she’d win Love Island Games, she responded: “Absolutely not. Honesty, I told my mum, \u2018I\u2019m probably gonna get my phone back in a few days,\u2019 so the fact that now we\u2019ve won, I can\u2019t wait to tell my mum!\u201d<\/p>\n

Isaiah added: “I don\u2019t think you need to come in ever expecting anything, to be honest. I\u2019m never greedy. I\u2019m always humble.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo I think just coming in to have fun and obviously trying to find a connection was my way to go. And my journey in here was pitch perfect, I\u2019m most blessed.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also admitted on his Instagram story later that Love Island Games is the “toughest sh*t” he’s ever done, writing: “No way y\u2019all, God\u2019s plan. Appreciate all the support and love. Toughest sh*t I\u2019ve done to date.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now all we have to see is whether Lucinda and Isaiah decide to stay together, however given that it didn’t end up so well for the previous UK and USA cast winners of Love Island Games<\/a>, the signs aren’t looking too positive…<\/p>\n
