Amid reports that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s multimillion pound Netflix<\/a> deal was coming to an end, the pair have released an official statement.<\/p>\n

After Meghan’s, With Love, Meghan<\/a>, was met with a lukewarm reception there was speculation that Netflix had decided to end their deal with the couple.<\/p>\n

However, that no longer seems to be the case as they have confirmed they are “extending their creative partnership” in a new “multi-year” deal which will feature both film and TV projects with the streaming platform.<\/p>\n

A second season of With Love, Meghan has also been confirmed to air this month, alongside a special holiday episode which will air in December.<\/p>\n

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry released a joint statement regarding the deal, stating: “We’re proud to extend our partnership with Netflix and expand our work together to include the As Ever brand.<\/p>\n

“My husband and I feel inspired by our partners who work closely with us and our Archewell Productions team to create thoughtful content across genres that resonates globally, and celebrates our shared vision.”<\/p>\n

The Chief Content Officer of Netflix, Bela Bajaria, also said in a statement: “Harry and Meghan are influential voices whose stories resonate with audiences everywhere.<\/p>\n

“The response to their work speaks for itself – Harry & Meghan gave viewers an intimate look into their lives and quickly became one of our most-watched documentary series.<\/p>\n

“More recently, fans have been inspired by With Love, Meghan, with products from the new As ever line consistently selling out in record time.<\/p>\n
