Gregory Zecca, the stepson of Dog the Bounty Hunter, has been “placed on psychiatric hold” after fatally shooting his own son in tragic “freak accident.”<\/p>\n
A representative told TMZ<\/a> that he’s utterly devastated by the loss of his child, and has been placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold, according to the representative, which means he’s being involuntarily detained for 72 hours\u00a0due to having a mental health disorder, being a danger to himself, being a danger to others or being gravely disabled.<\/p>\n The representative claimed that the holding over Gregory Zecca is as a result of the grief he feels, and not because he feels guilty of a crime in relation to the shooting.<\/p>\n Gregory Zecca, who is the stepson of Dog the Bounty Hunter, accidentally fatally shot his own son at their apartment in Florida, with the Collier County Sherriff’s Office conducting a “death investigation” for the “isolated incident.”<\/p>\n In a statement to E!
