It seems something might be off in paradise for Huda Mustafa and Chris Seeley on Love Island USA season seven. The lovebirds might have looked picture-perfect<\/a> on paper, but viewers aren\u2019t convinced. From all those arguments about kissing outside of challenges to subtle shifts in energy, people are convinced Chris has caught the ick – and now, Reality Shrine has enlisted a body language expert to weigh in.<\/p>\n

So, is Chris really into Huda, or is he quietly planning his exit? Here’s what the non-verbal cues reveal, according to Love Coach Nicole Moore<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Chris is showing signs of pulling back<\/h2>\n

Chris appears to have lukewarm feelings toward Huda, or he\u2019s pulled back his feelings due to her not kissing him enough, according to Nicole.<\/p>\n

She explained how, at moments, his body language indicates a desire to be close, however, he\u2019s also showing signs of pulling back and distancing himself. \u00a0He appears to be extremely frustrated with Huda, which could be why his body language appears tense and pulled back away from her at times.<\/p>\n

In a scene of the couple talking during episode 32, Chris said to Huda<\/a>: \u201cI like you a lot,\u201d but his eyes remained flat and his facial expressions didn\u2019t change at all, which could indicate he\u2019s forcing those words rather than truly feeling them. Chris is leaning back in his posture, almost as if he\u2019s keeping his energy to himself instead of fully engaging with Huda.\u00a0 His body language is communicating self-protection or pulling back his energy due to his feelings having changed.<\/p>\n

During a different conversation with the men when discussing Huda not kissing him enough, Chris\u2019s entire demeanour changed as he became more animated and extroverted.<\/p>\n

His posture during this conversation appeared relaxed and open, and he smiled easily.\u00a0 This could definitely indicate that he feels tension or emotional unease when around Huda, and like he has to shut his energy down around her.<\/p>\n

In a scene where all of the couples are sitting on couches, every other couple is sitting on top of each other with their bodies pressed into each other, but Chris is holding his body angled slightly away from Hud,a even though he\u2019s holding her hand.<\/p>\n

His posture is somewhat relaxed, but the leaning away could indicate a desire to emotionally separate from Huda in that moment.\u00a0 It\u2019s possible that he\u2019s holding her hand at that moment because he thinks he should, not because he genuinely wants to.<\/p>\n
