Love Island USA<\/a> Casa Amor bombshell Vanna has spoken out about speculation regarding her appearance, after claims she’d had extensive work done to her face went viral.<\/p>\n

During an appearance on The Viall Files<\/a>, Vanna clarified exactly what work she had done before Love Island USA.<\/p>\n

She explained: “Duh I got my lips done, and I like my lips. But my cheeks and my chin I’ve had for life\u2014born with it\u2014and people were saying, \u2018Overfilled.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
