Lydia has revealed the advice that Milton gave her after she received her fibromyalgia diagnosis during their three-year marriage<\/a>. They’ve since split up since first meeting in the Love Is Blind<\/a> pods, but she’s now spoken on the What’s The Reality? podcast<\/a> to share her account.<\/p>\n

Lydia talks about getting her health diagnosis<\/h2>\n

Lydia first received her fibromyalgia diagnosis, which causes widespread pain and fatigue, in September 2024. She said, “I got my diagnosis. It kind of felt like a relief, but at the same time, a life sentence. To say that fibromyalgia has ruined my life doesn’t even come near to it.”<\/p>\n

“My biggest concern right now is my health. Tons of therapy, journalling, and doing things that make me happy. Dance it out for a while in a room where no-one is watching. I honour myself in being transparent and vulnerable. I have a great following,” Lydia said.<\/p>\n
