and Terry added how he&#8217;s &#8220;very happy&#8221; that she&#8217;s &#8220;admitting to having that done.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>However, he added: &#8220;But, I think a year ago, she said she regretted it. And then her friend, Stassi, said she regretted it, too.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;So, the message you&#8217;re giving out is, right now&#8230; I think she should say &#8216;it&#8217;s great&#8217;, but I think it&#8217;s important that she caution people.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The surgeon continued: &#8220;She had it at age 19. Age 19 is not cool to have a breast augmentation, right? It&#8217;s pretty young. So, someone like Kylie can really move the needle like that. I think when she admits to having a procedure done, it&#8217;s better to admit it and say, accept, &#8216;maybe I shouldn&#8217;t have done it early&#8217;.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He added: &#8220;When Kylie admits to it, everybody is going to go ahead and get it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Heather continued: &#8220;Kylie is such an inspirational, incredible woman, as all these young women are, when she speaks her truth and all that. I just think it&#8217;s a beautiful thing.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>With a platform as big as hers, it seems Dr Terry is urging Kylie to use it for good and encourage people to really think about cosmetic procedures before getting them done.<\/p>\n<p>Terry said people shouldn&#8217;t rush into getting breast augmentations, adding: &#8220;Plastic surgery is as serious as any other kind of surgery&#8230; evaluate the risks, and make sure it&#8217;s something you really want to do and understand any complications associated with it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i>For all the latest reality TV cast
