The islanders were all dancing and then, suddenly, the camera had picked up a wooden part of the floor which featured a white T-shaped item.<\/p>\n<p>As Huda is already a mother, some people were genuinely convinced that she had been wearing an IUD which had fallen out, but this simply wasn&#8217;t the case. Even host <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/2025\/06\/04\/omg-heres-the-real-reason-love-island-usa-was-delayed-according-to-host-ariana-madix\/\">Ariana Madix<\/a> found the whole ordeal hilarious, and has confirmed it is in fact, not an IUD!<\/p>\n<h2>Ariana Madix finally clears up those IUD rumours<\/h2>\n<p>Ariana Madix cleared up the rumours and told someone on TikTok: \u201cImao it\u2019s from the flowers but this is cracking me up.\u201d Her comment was confirmation to several viewers who noticed the same weird white stem in previous episodes.<\/p>\n<p>While it&#8217;s possible for an IUD to fall out, and more likely to come out in the first three months of insertion, that thing on the floor is luckily just a part of the Love Island USA flowers. Plus, an IUD expulsion is super rare, and has strings at the bottom.<\/p>\n<p>Basically, clips from old Love Island seasons show that the fake flowers and plants around the villa have these little T-shaped white things holding them in place, which do eerily look like IUDs.
