{"id":212,"date":"2019-11-12T09:40:41","date_gmt":"2019-11-12T09:40:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/?p=64825"},"modified":"2025-02-07T17:05:51","modified_gmt":"2025-02-07T17:05:51","slug":"money-for-nothing-air-emma-walker-episode-one-year-on-from-her-death","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thetab.com\/realityshrine\/2019\/11\/12\/money-for-nothing-air-emma-walker-episode-one-year-on-from-her-death\/","title":{"rendered":"Money for Nothing air Emma Walker episode one year on from her death"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last year, <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tag\/money-for-nothing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Money for Nothing<\/span><\/a> fans were shocked and saddened to hear one of the show&#8217;s beloved presenters had passed away.<\/p>\n<p>Emma Walker, the wallpaper guru who could transform any item of furniture into a fresh and fun item sadly passed away one year ago.<\/p>\n<p>And as yesterday (Monday, November 11th), a repeat episode of Money for Nothing aired on BBC One featuring Emma, fans took a trip back in time to when she was the star of the show.<\/p>\n<h3>How did Emma Walker die?<\/h3>\n<p>In the first week of November 2018, <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tag\/emma-walker\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Emma Walker<\/span><\/a> passed away from lung cancer.<\/p>\n<p>She had been suffering for a while with the disease and it had spread to her bones. As a result, Emma had been living in Martlets Hospice in Hove.<\/p>\n<p>Emma stopped working on Money for Nothing, as she had become too sick to work. Emma was genuinely funny, warm and incredibly talented.
