They wrote: \u201cWe\u2019re dealing with this phase with respect and peace. We have always made a point of being very honest with you, and for that reason, we have received in so many messages in the last few days.”<\/p>\n

They added: At this time, we are no longer together as a couple. We know every relationship goes through challenges, and therefore, we ask that this love and care that we have always had continue, just as we are dealing with this phase: with respect and peace.<\/p>\n

“Life goes on, with its routine and commitments, but we just want to thank and reassure each one of you who have always supported us and given us genuine love.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ashley told PEOPLE<\/a> in a statement: “After much reflection, I want to share that Tyler and I have been separated for several weeks and have now made the difficult decision to end our marriage.<\/p>\n

“While I had hoped for mutual understanding and transparency in our relationship, it has become clear that our paths are no longer aligned, making it impossible for me to continue in this marriage.”<\/p>\n

She continued: “This was not a decision I made lightly, but one I know is necessary for my own growth and peace,” she adds. “While this chapter is ending, I will always hold respect for the time and love we shared.<\/p>\n
