There have been a lot of rumours about the exact nature of the relationship between Tanner and Callie after they dated during Love on the Spectrum<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Whilst the update Netflix gave us at the end of the season clarified that they’d decided to just remain friends, they’ve been spending a lot of time together, leading to speculation that they might be back together again<\/a>.<\/p>\n

However, in a new interview with TMZ<\/a>, Tanner has set the record straight about where his relationship with Callie stands after Love on the Spectrum.<\/p>\n

The interviewer asked: “They said you were still in touch with Callie, are you still in touch with Callie?”<\/p>\n

Tanner responded: “Yes, and we’re good friends, and we’re actually going to be having dinner tonight to catch up.”<\/p>\n

The interviewer clarified whether he and Callie are “still just friends”, with Tanner confirming that the Love on the Spectrum duo are “just friends.”<\/p>\n

It comes after Tanner’s mum opened up about how Callie has been spending more time with their family recently, in an interview with NBC News<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She explained: \u201cCallie is an open chapter,\u201d revealing that the two families recently gathered for dinner and had a \u201clovely time.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added: \u201cThere was a lot of chemistry. They bounce off each other very well, and let\u2019s just see where it goes.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019ve been coming to see us, and we\u2019re planning to visit them next. They have a pool and horses, and Callie wants to show Tanner her world.\u201d<\/p>\n
