Lani Daniels is one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tag\/channel-4\">Channel 4<\/a> show&#8217;s stars who has previously spoken out about dealing with mental health and overcoming grief in her life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-celebrity-sas-who-dares-wins-lani-daniels\">Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins&#8217; Lani Daniels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Billy Billingham and his DS team waste no time in kicking off the <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tag\/celebrity-sas-who-dares-wins\">Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins<\/a> stars&#8217; training this Autumn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lani Daniels is 36 years old. I didn&#8217;t care about life,&#8221; she says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SAS star continues: &#8220;As a 14-year-old you don&#8217;t understand the severity of cancer or death and it&#8217;s all about me, myself, and I.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lani adds how she has a totally different perspective of the time now that she&#8217;s older: &#8220;&#8230;the attention my parents gave to my brother at the time because they needed to was huge and I kind of wished I was the one with cancer because I wanted all that attention&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She explains how she feels she &#8220;wasted 10 years of her life trying to self-medicate and numb the pain&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sharing her story, the boxer says she has a mentality now of &#8220;not giving up,&#8221; adding: &#8220;I feel it&#8217;s made me a stronger person for it.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She wanted to show the kids at home how &#8220;anything is possible regardless of the challenges that we face in life,&#8221; ahead of fighting for a boxing belt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per Lani&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tag\/instagram\">Instagram<\/a> page, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/lanijack77\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">she appears<\/a> to be close with her family as she hangs out with her nieces and dad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>WATCH SAS WHO DARES WINS SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS AT 9 PM ON CHANNEL 4<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>In the US, contact Cancer Care at 800\u2011813\u2011HOPE (4673) or visit this&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><a href=\"mailto:info@cancercare.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em><strong>link<\/strong><\/em><\/a><em><strong>.
