Emily Simpson weighs in on Shannon Beador and Tamra Judge&#8217;s conflict while appearing on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Almost one year ago, <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tag\/the-real-housewives-of-orange-county\">The Real Housewives of Orange County<\/a> star Shannon Beador, 60, was involved in a DUI. The drama from the incident is still playing out on the <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tag\/bravo\">Bravo<\/a> show. Season 18 sees many of the ladies discussing Shannon&#8217;s behavior following her DUI. Some were surprised to hear <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/shows\/shannon-beadors-two-drink-limit-causes-chaos-for-co-stars-i-dont-do-it-that-often\">she had a &#8220;two drink maximum&#8221; just months after<\/a> the crash. Last September, Shannon hit a residence with her car and left the vehicle. She was arrested and later sentenced to three years probation and 40 hours of community service. Shannon also completed a nine-month alcohol program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Does Emily Simpson Believe Gina Kirschenheiter Is at Fault for Paparazzi-Gate? | WWHL\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/7pL-2-F-XTQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-og-of-the-oc-gives-permission\">OG of the OC &#8216;gives permission&#8217;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18, the Tres Amigas are reunited, but it&#8217;s certainly not the friendship it once was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the ladies sit down for dinner, <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/shows\/vicki-gunvalson-demands-apology-from-tamra-judge-who-reveals-real-reason-for-feud\">&#8216;the OG of the OC&#8217; Vicki Gunvalson<\/a> tells her co-stars they&#8217;re &#8220;allowed to have a cocktail&#8221; as they&#8217;re &#8220;not driving.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Given Shannon&#8217;s DUI drama, the comments didn&#8217;t go down all too well, and Tamra calls Shannon an &#8220;alcoholic.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>OMG:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/shows\/gretchen-rossi-worked-70-80-hours-a-week-but-rhoc-never-showed-her-career\">Gretchen Rossi \u2018worked 70-80 hours a week\u2019<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/bravo\/jennifer-pedranti-moves-on-with-new-beau-but-weirdly-shares-home-with-ex\">Jennifer Pedranti<\/a> confirms her co-stars &#8220;don&#8217;t need permission,&#8221; before Shannon orders a &#8220;Belvedere soda with a lemon.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamra shouts across the table: &#8220;Oh yeah, an alcoholic should drink, yeah.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vicki defends Shannon telling Tamra: &#8220;She can have alcohol, she just can&#8217;t get behind a wheel ever, ever, ever.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamra asks if Vicki &#8220;really thinks Shannon doesn&#8217;t have a drinking problem,&#8221; before Shannon tells her: &#8220;You&#8217;ve been on this path for 10 years with me&#8230; who made you the judge and jury?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent weeks, Tamra shared alleged screenshots about her departure from the Tres Amigas, <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/shows\/tamra-judge-calls-former-besties-dumb-and-dumber-in-savage-tres-amigas-receipts\">calling Shannon and Vicki &#8220;dumb and dumber&#8221; online<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Tres Amigas bring the heat to Gina\u2019s dinner party | Season 18 | Real Housewives of Orange County\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JMJhe_ZiLlg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-emily-defends-shannon\">Emily defends Shannon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cutting across the wild table comments, Emily tells Tamra: &#8220;You know what, I think she&#8217;s changed. I&#8217;m sorry&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/shows\/rhocs-gina-feared-relationship-would-end-if-boyfriend-didnt-move-out-we-have-to-try-this\">Gina Kirschenheiter<\/a> also agreed it&#8217;s &#8220;not Tamra&#8217;s job to decide if Shannon is an alcoholic,&#8221; adding: &#8220;I think she&#8217;s doing a good job working on herself.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the dinner, Tamra makes more comments about Shannon needing to &#8220;go to rehab&#8221; and being &#8220;drunk&#8221; multiple times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shannon gets up from the table and tells Tamra she wasn&#8217;t allowed to drink during the program she undertook in her recovery, but Tamra shouts and slams the table: &#8220;Lies, lies, lies&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamra adds how she&#8217;s &#8220;not going to enable Shannon,&#8221; and thinks she &#8220;needs help.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since filming, Emily has appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, where she continues to defend Shannon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking to <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tag\/andy-cohen\">Andy Cohen<\/a>, Emily says: &#8220;I understand Tamra&#8217;s perspective&#8230; they have a 10-year friendship&#8230; it&#8217;s very complex. I do wish that Tamra showed a little more empathy.
