The whole purpose of Love Is Blind<\/a> is to find your forever person, fall in love, and ultimately get married, but some couples end up divorced regardless.<\/p>\n

It seems not everyone gets a happy ending from appearing on the reality TV show, so let’s rank all the couples by how long their marriages lasted before they ended up getting divorced.<\/p>\n

7. Alexa and Brennon – Four years<\/h2>\n

Alexa and Brennon stated that their decision to divorce was a \u201cdifficult one\u201d and one they didn\u2019t \u201cmake lightly.\u201d<\/p>\n

They wrote: \u201cAfter much reflection and many heartfelt conversations, we have made the difficult decision to end our marriage.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis choice was not made lightly, and it comes with a great deal of care, respect, and appreciation for the time we\u2019ve shared.\u201d<\/p>\n

They continued: \u201cWe entered this relationship with love and optimism, and we leave it with gratitude for the experiences that shaped us and the growth we each gained along the way.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhile our journey as a married couple is coming to an end, we remain supportive of one another, devoted to our daughter, and committed to navigating this transition with compassion.\u201d<\/p>\n

They added: \u201cWe kindly ask for privacy as we move forward and focus on our individual paths while keeping our precious daughter as our top priority.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to a divorce petition obtained by\u00a0Us Weekly<\/a>, Brennon filed for divorce in November, saying that their marriage had \u201cbecome insupportable\u201d due to \u201cconflict of personalities\u201d that prevent any \u201creasonable expectation of reconciliation.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, Alexa then clapped back at his petition and has claimed that Brennon is at fault for the Love Is Blind marriage dissolving.<\/p>\n

On December 4th Alexa filed court documents denying all the allegations from Brennon\u2019s petition, and asked the court to split up the estate whilst also requesting a larger share of it all, according to Us Weekly<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She believes she is owed more in their divorce as Brennon has \u201cfault in the breakup of the marriage,\u201d alongside Alexa having need for future support, alongside claiming that Brennon wasted community assets by the spouse and attorney fees.<\/p>\n

She also asked that her separate property be confirmed as her sole property.<\/p>\n

6. Colleen and Matt – Three and a half years<\/h2>\n

The pair announced their split in May last year<\/a>, releasing a joint statement sharing: \u201cWe\u2019ve been separated for some time now and have [done] our best to work through everything privately and with care.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis was an incredibly difficult decision, not one we made lightly. It came with a lot of thought and it\u2019s been an emotional process for both of us.\u201d<\/p>\n

The statement continued: \u201cWe met in the most unique and unexpected way, and we\u2019ll always be grateful for the love and memories we\u2019ve shared.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s not one thing we would change and we continue to have deep respect and care for one another. Thank you to everyone who has supported us. We kindly ask for compassion as we navigate this transition.\u201d<\/p>\n

Colleen appeared on\u00a0AD\u2019s What\u2019s The Reality Podcast<\/a> to speak out about their split, and revealed that when she and Matt announced their split in May 2025, they hadn\u2019t actually been together since November 2024.<\/p>\n

As for why, Colleen admitted: \u201cI was dealing through the process of the breakup for several months before I brought it to the public.\u00a0 am so glad that we did that and I would say that he would agree with that as well.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for whose idea it was, she replied it was both of their ideas, saying: \u201cIt was logistics in terms of the house because we lived together for those several months when we were separated.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe just didn\u2019t want to deal with all of that while we were dealing with our own chaos and sadness and heartbreak. I didn\u2019t even want to have that in my eyesight.\u201d<\/p>\n

Colleen added: \u201cWe both agreed upon like, \u2018Let\u2019s not say anything until we are not living together.\u2019 So the day that I left \u2014 the day I moved out \u2014 was the day that we announced.\u201d<\/p>\n

5. Lydia and Milton – Three years<\/h2>\n

Lydia\u00a0first announced their split back in June during an appearance on the Reality Receipts podcast with AD Smith last year<\/a>, saying the past three years of their marriage had been \u201ctumultuous.\u201d<\/p>\n

She explained: \u201cI\u2019ve been quiet for too long but now I\u2019m ready, but I wasn\u2019t ready for people\u2019s opinions. Now, I\u2019ve decided to file for divorce against Milton. It wasn\u2019t one thing, it was a layer of situations that just kept piling up.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lydia revealed that Milton was unaware of her appearing on the podcast, and was \u201cworried about the public perception who idolised them.\u201d<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cThis isn\u2019t to have a pity party, I still love him unfortunately. But that\u2019s me, and I\u2019m not going to apologise for loving this hard.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lydia also revealed that she and Milton hadn\u2019t spoken since March and the relationship between the former Love Is Blind co-stars was \u201cnon-existent.\u201d<\/p>\n

Milton then responded to her divorce petition, with\u00a0Us Weekly<\/a>\u00a0exclusively revealing that he accusing her of \u201ccruel treatment\u201d against him.<\/p>\n

He\u00a0responded to her divorce petition on Friday 26th September<\/a>, and requested for her petition to be dismissed, alongside filing his own counterclaim against her.<\/p>\n

Milton claimed that Lydia was \u201cguilty of cruel treatment\u201d toward him of a \u201cnature that renders further living together insupportable\u201d following their wedding on Love Is Blind.<\/p>\n

4. Danielle and Nick – One year<\/h2>\n

Danielle and Nick ended up getting divorced in 2022, just one year after getting married on Love Is Blind season two.<\/p>\n

Danielle filed for divorce in August 2022 and explained the reasoning behind their split on her Instagram.<\/p>\n

She wrote: “It really did come down to just personality compatibility differences.<\/p>\n

“I think that\u2019s what makes it even harder because you do live in this, at least for me, I kind of live in this state of denial where it\u2019s like, \u2018But we love each other.\u2019 You can still love each other and still try your best to move on. It\u2019s hard, it\u2019s very hard.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nick broke his silence about the split one month later, saying: “The last few weeks have been especially challenging for me.<\/p>\n

“Like many of us going through a loss or life-altering event, we experience cycles of grief while we navigate our emotions.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cEveryone perceives and experiences grief differently when a relationship ends, let alone the loss of a marriage in the public eye.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m working through my own mental and emotional challenges to overcome feelings of anxiety and depression.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added: “I am heartbroken my marriage ended. I know in my heart that I did the best I could and gave it everything I had.\u201d<\/p>\n

3. Jarrette and Iyanna – One year<\/h2>\n

Clearly, season two was a cursed year for Love Is Blind couples getting divorced, as Jarrette and Iyanna split just one year into their marriage.<\/p>\n

The pair released a joint statement about their relationship, writing: “After much thought, we\u2019re saddened to share that we have separated and will begin the process of divorcing.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhile we have love for each other, our lives are going in different directions, and that\u2019s okay. Coming to this decision was far from easy and we will always wish each other the absolute best.\u201d<\/p>\n

They continued: “We hope you all will give us some space as we close this chapter of our lives. Thank you to our close friends and family for loving us both through our experience.<\/p>\n

“To the Love Is Blind family and Netflix, thank you for this unforgettable opportunity and support. Each of you have brought overwhelming love and joy into our lives.<\/p>\n

“This experience has taught us so much about ourselves, vulnerability and love. We don\u2019t regret a single thing!\u201d<\/p>\n

Iyanna opened up about the real reason behind their divorce in April 2022, claiming that “Jarrette cheated. I found out three days before After the Altar. I received an email with very specific details.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued: “It was a terrible fit. He wasn\u2019t ready, and I guess to an extent, I wasn\u2019t either. However, I would have been a good wife to someone who has been a good partner to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

2. Tyler and Ashley – One year<\/h2>\n

Season seven couple Tyler and Ashley also couldn’t make their marriage work after Love Is Blind, and ended up divorced just one year after tying the knot.<\/p>\n

Ashley told People<\/a> in January 2025: “After much reflection, I want to share that Tyler and I have been separated for several weeks and have now made the difficult decision to end our marriage.<\/p>\n

“While I had hoped for mutual understanding and transparency in our relationship, it has become clear that our paths are no longer aligned, making it impossible for me to continue in this marriage.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued: “This was not a decision I made lightly, but one I know is necessary for my own growth and peace.<\/p>\n

“While this chapter is ending, I will always hold respect for the time and love we shared. I kindly ask for privacy during this deeply personal time as I focus on healing and building a new future. Thank you for your understanding and support.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tyler shared his side of the story on his Instagram a few days later, writing: “As many of you may have seen, Ashley has shared the news of our decision to end our marriage.<\/p>\n

“This has been an incredibly difficult and emotional process for both of us, and it is one we have approached with great care and respect for one another.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added: “I take full accountability for my role in the difficulties we faced and I respect Ashley\u2019s decision to move forward in a way that prioritises her peace and happiness.”<\/p>\n

1. Amber and Jordan – Four months<\/h2>\n

The pair revealed at the reunion that they got split and got a divorce after being married for just four months, and hadn\u2019t even moved in together.<\/p>\n

Jordan explained that there was a \u201clot of change\u201d in that period of time and claimed that there was a lot of trust issues that Amber had after Love Is Blind, which also led towards their divorce.\u00a0He added: \u201cThe negatives outweighed the positives.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Amber was asked whether she felt like Jordan should have moved to be closer to her since she had a daughter she admitted that she \u201cdidn\u2019t think he was ready\u201d and admitted it was \u201chard to trust\u201d Jordan when they would only see each other on the weekends.<\/p>\n

Jordan says Amber only visited him twice, and then shockingly claimed that there were numerous \u201cincidents\u201d involving her drinking.<\/p>\n

He claimed that one month after they got married he invited Amber to a wedding and she got \u201cblacked out\u201d for the first 30 minutes then fell asleep at the table and cussed him out at the wedding. He then claimed Amber was going to drive home and he had to take her keys because she was \u201cwasted.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also claimed that Amber would \u201cscream at him\u201d and \u201cnot show up for sh*t\u201d and created an environment which made him very uncomfortable.<\/p>\n

The pair then started having issues with getting the divorce off the ground, as Jordan had claimed that Amber wasn\u2019t signing their divorce papers after Love Is Blind.<\/p>\n

Appearing on\u00a0AD\u2019s What\u2019s The Reality podcast<\/a>, Jordan revealed that he and Amber filed for divorce last August, but it\u2019s not yet finalised as he\u2019s waiting for her to sign the papers.<\/p>\n

He explained: \u201cI found a lawyer in like November, got my stuff sent in and got it paid for and then yeah got my stuff sent in but we\u2019re still waiting for Amber to send her stuff to the lawyers.<\/p>\n

\u201cThen we\u2019ve got to sign a financial affidavit and then sign the final paperwork. She said she would do it this week. Fingers crossed. We\u2019ve got to move on.\u201d<\/p>\n

Speaking to\u00a0Pop Pulse Media<\/a>, Amber revealed that whilst it was \u201cvery easy\u201d for Jordan to sign the Love Is Blind divorce papers because of his financial situation, she thinks the whole thing is \u201csketchy.\u201d<\/p>\n

She explained: \u201cI didn\u2019t sign it yet because it asked for my bank account number and has me list all my assets which I think is odd for an annulment.<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah because they want my bank information and it seems sketchy so I\u2019m having a lawyer look over it. It\u2019s easy for Jordan to sign because he doesn\u2019t have assets or a retirement fund to worry about\u2026 I\u2019ve worked very hard for the little that I do have.\u201d<\/p>\n
