They decided to take some alone time in the hideaway, apparently, and fans think she&#8217;s now pregnant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hannah-smith-pregnancy-joke-swirls\">Hannah Smith &#8216;pregnancy&#8217; joke swirls<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A joke that Hannah Smith and Hakeem White slept together in the hideaway is swirling, which is believed to be the reason they left the <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/tag\/peacock\">Peacock<\/a> show altogether, but it is simply fake news.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;So basically, like, Hannah and Hakeem had whatever they had going on but there was a lot of sexual tension built up between them,&#8221; one of their co-stars, Liv, told their fellow islanders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leah joined in on the joke and said, &#8220;So they went to the hideaway in the middle of the night all by themselves, and they broke everything in the hideaway. When a fan wrote, &#8220;Just seen the clip where they said she got pregnant with Hakeem&#8217;s baby while on the show,&#8221; she shut them straight down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She replied, &#8220;Are you good? It was a joke.&#8221; When another said, &#8220;are you pregnant fr??&#8221; Hannah said in response, &#8220;no are you dumb?&#8221; But her co-stars clarified they were kidding afterward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During a game, she kissed Hakeem as a joke, which caused problems with Kendall, who she was in a couple with.
