Meg<\/a> and Mason have just hinted at their newly-found romance, despite saying they’d agree to be best friends at the Love Is Blind<\/a> reunion. They were dating during the pods, but now seem to be giving their romance another try with the cutest social media post. In a shared upload of them hugging, they wrote, “It was always you.”<\/p>\n

Meg and Mason hit it off in the Love Is Blind pods<\/h2>\n

Meg Fink and Mason Horacek hit it off in the Love Is Blind season eight pods, but ended up in a love triangle with Madison<\/a> Errichiello. Although they never left the show together, or even had that grand reveal on the red carpet, they later showed up on the show holding hands, and reconnected outside the pods. They done their own Love Is Blind style reveal when they met for the first time.<\/p>\n

Earlier in the season, it was clear they both believed in aliens and were equally laid-back, which led to Mason getting really confused over whether to choose Madison or Meg to propose to. However, Madison chose Alex, and that meant Mason continued his relationship with Meg. But when Madison had told her Mason had said she was his number one, she decided she couldn’t trust Mason, and they split before the proposal.<\/p>\n

They ended the season as ‘best friends’<\/h2>\n

Meg and Mason revealed at the reunion that they’re ending the season as “best friends”. They attempted to be “lovers,” but felt something was missing and decided to just keep a close friendship instead. Meg said, \u201cWe tried so hard to label our relationship. Are we friends? Are we lovers? Or are we just another lesson for love to teach us? There was so much we couldn\u2019t define.”<\/p>\n

However, she added that they “knew whatever this connection was between us, we had to hold on tight.\u201d Meg became Mason’s girlfriend at two points in the last year, he told People<\/a>, but said on March 10, “Right now, we\u2019re just best friends, so we tried dating. It\u2019s all good. She\u2019s still in my life, regardless if she\u2019s my significant other or just best friend. I don\u2019t want to lose her.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cLooking back at everything, I feel like I got a pretty good situation out of everything because I\u2019ve got Meg in my life,\u201d he said. \u201cIf we would\u2019ve made it to the weddings, there was more of a risk that we could have ran into some more hard times and more pressure\u2026 Just seeing what the others experienced and hearing what they went through. There was a lot of pressure just leading up to that point.\u201d<\/p>\n
