Well, she&#8217;s finally cleared up the truth behind that story, as she&#8217;s revealed she wasn&#8217;t placed behind bars. Umm, my whole life has been a lie.<\/p>\n<h2>Khloe Kardashian tells the truth on *that* jail story<\/h2>\n<p>Khloe was never actually taken to jail after she was caught driving a car without a license. She was only 15 at the time, but she basically drove Caitlyn Jenner&#8217;s car and was caught by cops, in which she said she was <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/2025\/03\/03\/kourtney-kardashian-finally-addresses-that-wild-rumour-mason-disick-has-a-baby\/\">Kourtney Kardashian<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>She recalled how she stated <a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/2025\/03\/12\/they-were-bffs-on-kuwtk-but-where-do-jonathan-cheban-and-kim-kardashian-stand-now\/\">Kim Kardashian<\/a>&#8216;s birthday on her Khloe in Wonderland podcast: &#8220;So I guess I swerved a little and I got pulled over and I was wearing a really cute skirt from Forever 21.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Khloe added how, when they asked for her license and registration number, they said, &#8220;&#8216;Of course, they were like &#8216;You&#8217;re lying, get out of the car.&#8217; I got taken to jail, so I went to jail, they called you [<a href=\"https:\/\/realitytvshrine.com\/2025\/02\/27\/all-the-ways-kim-kardashian-is-morphing-into-kris-jenner-that-are-totally-undeniable\/\">Kris Jenner<\/a>].&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Khloe added, &#8220;I don&#8217;t know, it was like 9 or 10 at night,&#8221; before dropping the truth on the jail story, clarifying that officers didn&#8217;t take her to an actual jail, but let her wait at a precinct until Kris could come to pick her up.<\/p>\n<h2>She was let off with just a warning<\/h2>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">the selfies kim kardashian took while khloe was on her way to jail <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/SasIBCeFfn\">pic.twitter.com\/SasIBCeFfn<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 popcultureangel (@lohanisgod) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/lohanisgod\/status\/1592718210838982657?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 16, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Khloe was let off from the incident with a warning, and was not arrested. She said, &#8220;They impounded the car and you [Kris] were like, &#8216;What&#8217;s wrong with you? Look at this short skirt you&#8217;re wearing, like you could have been a hooker!'&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kris kept the whole thing a secret from her then-husband, and told officers things like, &#8220;Oh, she&#8217;s a great girl&#8221; and &#8220;Ah, teenagers, I don&#8217;t know why she did that!&#8221; However, she made sure to tell Khloe off in private.<\/p>\n<p>The car was impounded for 30 days, and Caitlyn had no idea. Kris said on the podcast, &#8220;I remember he couldn&#8217;t get the car the next day and he&#8217;s like where&#8217;s my Escalade? I said, &#8216;Oh, it had a scratch and I took it right to the shop!'&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>She DID go to jail eight years later<\/h2>\n<p>Khloe&#8217;s brief warning didn&#8217;t scare her enough, because she did end up going to jail in 2007, at 23. She was arrested for a DUI in March that year and later served less than three hours in jail for violating her probation in 2008.<\/p>\n<p>She had failed to complete a roadside clean-up and enrol in an alcohol education class, meaning she faced a sentence of up to 30 days and had to enrolment in an alcohol treatment program within three weeks of her release from jail.<\/p>\n<p><i><span
