Leida Margaretha from 90 Day Fiance has been charged with a felony three times. It comes just three months after she divorced TLC co-star, Eric, in February, and a year after her shocking arrest.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 90 Day Fiance<\/a> star was charged with theft in a business setting, wire fraud against a financial institution and bail jumping in Juneau County, Wisconsin, on May 8, as per legal records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

90 Day Fiance star Leida’s felony<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Leida from 90 Day Fiance is being charged with three felonies. She was charged with theft in a business setting, wire fraud against a financial institution and bail jumping in Juneau County, Wisconsin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Margaretha was arrested<\/a> in October 2023 for theft and wire fraud after being suspected of stealing thousands of dollars from her workplace. The charges from that arrest have been upgraded to a felony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, she’s been charged with jumping bail. “Like every criminal defendant in the United States, Ms. Margaretha is presumed innocent of any and all charges against her,\u201d Margaretha’s attorney told<\/a> InTouch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
