Amber Gill’s weight loss is being widely noticed as she appears on new reality show, Underdog: Josh Must Win, trying to rig the results so that typically nerdy boy, Josh, takes home the crown.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following her Love Island<\/a> fame, she gained 17lb during the lockdown. But Amber Gill was determined to drop the pounds and it’s clear she’s had a crazy body transformation as she appears on ITV<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Amber Gill dropped a stone and a half in six weeks three years before joining Underdog: Josh Must Win, and has maintained her bikini body transformation ever since.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All she done was follow a strict fitness routine which she set up herself. Amber is now running her own fitness program for anyone inspired by her journey, including a six-week gym plan!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She decided to put her health first by eating healthier and exercising, after putting a pair of size 10 jeans on and finding they were too tight, having put on 17lb in the lockdown. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
